goes live.

Last month saw the White Circle Team visit Restaurant Andrew Fairlie at Gleneagles to watch the man himself put together two sublime dishes from his seasonal menu.
White Circle has completed the pilot video for a new online chef series to feature on thestaffcanteen.com.
The first episode saw the team travel to Raymond Blanc’s World Famous Le Manoir Aux Quat’ Saisons to capture head chef Gary Jones putting together a fabulously continental lobster dish. There was even time for Monsieur Blanc himself to put in an appearance and promote the wondrous craft of his second in command and the knowledge he continues to pass on to the young prodigies’ of the restaurants academy system.
Feel free to watch the full length episode below and look out for the team’s next culinary adventure...
New Gardening DVD wrapped for Summer

White Lantern Film has just completed a DVD for IPC Media’s Poole based magazine ‘Amateur Gardening’, which is now on sale through the magazine and will be available at Amazon.
Filmed in local gardening centres such as Knoll Gardens and the editor’s own allotment, the DVD presents viewers with the magazine’s top summer tips for successful gardening. Shot over four days on HD the DVD features all of the magazines writers, offering advice ranging from plants to how to deal with garden pests. Running at just under 1 hour the DVD is the first in a series of seasonal top tips which the magazine hope will widen the readership and offer an extra insight into the world of gardening. For more information visit the Amateur Gardening website here.

White Circle MD Adam J Merrifield has been nomiated for the British Council's Young Creative Entrepreneur 2008. The award, created by the British Council with the support of NESTA recognises the potential of an individual, aged between 25 and 35, working within the screen sector, to be a future leader of the sector in the UK, and indeed internationally. Through character and drive this person will demonstrate entrepreneurship and vision for the future of screen in the UK. The award seeks to further stimulate the development of the UK screen sector in an international business context. Our aim is to find the most talented young UK screen entrepreneurs and give them the chance to find out more about what is happening out there, by joining the wider network of the British Council's existing International Young Creative Entrepreneur programme.
