White Lantern Film joins South West Screen Film Business Academy

White Lantern’s Managing Director, Adam J Merrifield, has joined the Film Business Academy as part of a new company development programme managed by South West Screen.

Aimed at film producers and film and television companies in the South West region the programme aims to develop and expand key business and strategic skills in the region.  The programme's emphasis on business planning, company development, low budget film-making models and project management will enhance White Lantern’s position in the UK film industry.

White Lantern’s MD comments “it’s a great opportunity for the company to grow and develop under the guidance of South West Screen and mentors in the film academy."

South West Screen is the funding and support agency for the cultural and economic development of film, television and digital media in South West England. Funded by the UK Film Council and the South West of England Regional Development Agency, they exist to champion, promote and underpin the region's creative industries.
