White Lantern Film and Nationwide Building Society search for festive Bournemouth Pier stories

The search for festive Bournemouth Pier stories takes place at Nationwide Building Society’s Bournemouth branch on Friday 7 December as White Lantern Film teams up with the world’s largest building society to capture OUR PIER’s history for a unique educational DVD.

OUR PIER is a unique local history project capturing 150 years of heritage. The search is on for people to star in the TV documentary and tell their iconic pier stories! White Lantern Film is working with Nationwide Building Society to find distinctive stories about OUR PIER to preserve over 150 years of history for future generations.

Join the OUR PIER team and meet Santa and his little helpers at Nationwide’s Bournemouth branch at 118 Old Christchurch Road on Friday 7 December between 10:00am - 1:00pm and tell us your Bournemouth Pier stories.

Santa will have free mince pies and Nationwide ‘Cats' Eyes for Kids’ road safety reflectors to give away. The OUR PIER documentary drama will be produced and filmed in 2008 with celebrities and will be hitting our screens later that year.
