Local singer and song writer has teamed up with the Pier Pressure young people to write a new song for their project.

Working with the young people Mike has taken the themes of the project to create a new single which will be used throughout the series of short films.  Each film explores an aspect of teenage life in Bournemouth and the new single captures the unique pressure tourism places on young people growing up in the seaside town.

The young people have teamed up with Mike to create a pop video to support their films and the single.   Shoot throughout Bournemouth and including clips from the three Pier Pressure films and music video will be released to MTV and other music channels to increase exposure for the films.  The song is currently playing on the official Pier Pressure MySpace website at www.myspace.com/pier_pressure and will be officially launched at the premiere.
